An Accountability Model for the Sector

Inclusive positive change can happen through taking clear, measurable actions.

To create a clear framework for action, Inc Arts has collected the recommendations of the sector’s ethnically diverse advocacy groups, artists and leaders.

We’ve combined this into a series of measurable actions for the sector to sign up to.

In our anti-racism conference we invited you to complete a set of questions that reflected some of the recommendations that will help build anti-racist accountability within the creative and cultural sector.

In January we will share the questions in depth and in full - for ORGANISATIONS to commit to, beyond the personal commitment. Once organisations have completed these questions we will use them to build an action plan that reflects how your organisation's actions compare to the commitment of others in the sector.

We will also share in full the collated statements of all who have contributed their skills and resource to shaping an anti-racist future.

Thank you to:
